KWF COMPACT AIR 650/10 – 230V/400V/10 bar generator-compressor unit for workshop vehicles

The KWF COMPACT AIR 650/10 is a pre-assembled hydraulic unit designed for permanent installation in service and workshop vehicles, developed by the manufacturer FEP. The system combines power generation (up to 10 kVA) and compressed air supply (650 l/min at a maximum of 10 bar) in a compact frame module.

Thanks to an optional power take-off (PTO), the unit is suitable for vehicles with or without PTO preparation. It is driven by the vehicle’s engine. The 25-litre pressure reservoir, an integrated oil tank with cooling and filter, and a digital control system ensure professional continuous operation.

Ideal for mobile workshops and bespoke vehicle conversions.

HYDRO COMPACT AIR650/10 is a unit designed for installation in service and workshop vehicles. It can be fitted to vehicles with or without an existing PTO (power take-off)* on the gearbox.

Your van’s engine serves as the drive source.

The following are fitted within the frame:

• 10 kVA power generator; depending on the installation configuration, this generator delivers 5,000 to 8,000 watts (400 volts)
  230 volts / 5 kVA / 16 A / blue CEE socket or SCHUKO
  400 volts / 10 kVA / 16 A / red CEE socket

• Air compressor, max. 650 L/min at max. 10 bar, with 25-litreair receiver, BSP1/2" female thread connection

• Hydraulic oil tank, oil cooling, oil filter, control valve, pipework

• Control unit with digital display of the main functions

• Supplied without connection hoses

* The PTO must be prepared for connecting a hydraulic pump; multi-spline shaft.
