The KWF WATER HBW200 hydraulic high-pressure cleaner from FEP is the perfect solution for mobile use on commercial vehicles and vans weighing up to 7.5 tonnes. The powerful high-pressure cleaner pump, driven by a hydraulic motor, delivers a water flow rate of 25 litres per minute at a pressure of 150 bar. As it is driven directly by the vehicle’s engine, no harmful exhaust fumes are produced by the unit, enabling safe operation even in the load compartment.
The KWF WATER HBW200 requires a hydraulic supply of 20–40 litres at 200 bar and is fitted with a pressure gauge and a pressure relief valve. The system is optionally available with a 90-litre water tank. It is conveniently operated via a wash lance with high- and low-pressure nozzles, connected to an automatic hose reel with 18 metres of hose. Its compact dimensions of 445 x 720 x 500 mm (height) make it easy to integrate into existing vehicle bodies.
