ROAD CLEANER RC-H - Oil spill removal - High pressure cleaner and vacuum cleaner

The ROAD CLEANER RC-H is the compact solution for oil spill removal in vans such as the VW T6.1, VW Crafter FWD or FIAT Ducato, which do not have a power take-off (PTO). The drive via the vehicle engine produces no harmful exhaust fumes, which enables safe operation in the cargo area. The system combines a high-pressure cleaner and a vacuum cleaner, with the extracted liquid being collected in a stainless steel container.

The hydraulic system requires 15 litres at 180 bar and is protected by a high-performance cooling system. Other safety features include a thermal circuit breaker, oil level monitor, pressure relief valve and emergency stop switch. The unit is operated via the 12-volt on-board power supply. A 300-litre stainless steel water tank, a 5-litre detergent tank, a washing lance, a hydraulic vacuum cleaner with a suction height of 3 metres and a hose reel with 10 metres of suction hose are already integrated. The system is approved for ATEX-1 and ATEX-21 zones and is ideal for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
