ROAD CLEANER RC-H – Oil spill removal – High-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners

The ROAD CLEANER RC-H is the compact solution for removing oil spills in vans such as the VW T6.1, VW Crafter FWD or FIAT Ducato, which do not have a power take-off (PTO). As it is powered by the vehicle’s engine, no harmful exhaust fumes are produced, allowing for safe operation in the load compartment. The system combines a high-pressure cleaner and a vacuum extractor, with the extracted liquid being collected in a stainless steel tank.

The hydraulic system requires 15 litres at 180 bar and is protected by a high-performance cooling system. Further safety features include a thermal protection switch, oil level monitoring, a pressure relief valve and an emergency stop switch. The unit is powered by the 12-volt on-board electrical system. A 300-litre stainless steel water tank, a 5-litre detergent tank, a wash lance, a hydraulic vacuum suction unit with a 3-metre suction height, and a hose reel with a 10-metre suction hose are already integrated. The system is approved for ATEX-1 and ATEX-21 zones and is ideally suited for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
