KW Hydraulik GmbH is audited at regular intervals by TÜV THÜRINGEN in accordance with ISO 9001.
This is the basis of our continuous product, process and service improvement.
Quality policy
The management of KW Hydraulik GmbH implements the QM system with the aim of fulfilling customer requirements with regard to products, deliveries and services.
The QM system includes all quality assurance activities and processes to be carried out.
It is defined as an organisational structure with responsibilities, processes, procedures and means for implementing quality management (QM).
The aim is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, good business results and secure jobs.
All employees are therefore called upon to play their part in ensuring that we remain a professionally qualified company and provide our customers with high-quality products and services.
One particular challenge is adapting to the European Single Market.
The quality policy relates to all processes, procedures and responsibilities in our management system.
It forms the basis for defining and evaluating our annual quality targets and is communicated to all company employees.
Quality, and therefore satisfied customers, is achieved through the overall performance of all employees.
Quality cannot be tested into a product, it must be planned, realised and executed at the earliest possible stage.
Trust is earned through performance. This must be proven again and again through constant adaptation to the requirements and further development of the QM system.
As part of the annual management review, the quality policy is checked to ensure that it is up to date and appropriate.
Quality creates trust.
Credibility in the content and persuasiveness in the implementation of the QM system are the decisive criteria that characterise our image and thus the profile of KW Hydraulik GmbH.
Responsibility for quality must be borne by all levels in all functional areas, whereby each individual employee is responsible for the quality of their actions and performance.
Our ability and our motivation to implement the concept of quality in our daily work are the prerequisitefor determining our image, the good namefor our products, tool systems and services.
The QM officer is appointed by the management to monitor the implementation of the quality policy. He continuously reports to the management on the effectiveness of the QM system.
The QM officer has all the necessary competences and powers of the managing director for his task.
In order to ensure the fulfilment of these QM principles and at the same time take account of European standards, the QMH is enforced by the declaration of commitment.
We comply with the legal and customer-specific obligations.
The manual applies to all work processes in conjunction with the procedural, work, testing and organisational instructions of KW Hydraulik GmbH.
Quality and thus customer satisfaction is achieved through the overall performance of all employees.
We therefore rely on the active support of all employees to fulfil our corporate goals.

The company's general quality objectives are set out in the QM guideline. In addition, strategic and operational quality objectives are defined in the annual planning process.
